David Ardini is a vice president of Franklin Advisers, Inc. and a portfolio manager for Franklin's Floating Rate Debt Group. He leads the management of the group's institutional CLO structured vehicles and institutional separate accounts, totaling approximately $1.8 billion in AUM. Mr. Ardini is a member of the investment committee.

Mr. Ardini joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 2000. He previously served as co-manager of Franklin Floating Rate Daily Access Fund from its inception in 2001 through 2003. Prior to this, he worked for Bank of America as a vice president of Capital Markets Credit Risk Management.

Mr. Ardini earned his B.A. with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Irvine. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
